WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We will accept virtually any payment methods - Card/online payments are our preference to ensure you and we have a digital record. We don't ask for any deposit or upfront money and we will only request payment upon completion of all work. We always provide an invoice for work carried out and confirm payment recieved.

HOW DO YOU PRICE JOBS?

We mainly work on a price per job basis. We will give you a quote for the work and that is the price you pay (Unless we both agree to changes during the work due to thing being added/removed). There are occasions where it is impossible to price a job before it's been started, in those situations we will discuss this with you before and agree how we will proceed.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

We are proud of the work we deliver and the customer service we offer. In the event there was any issue with any work we've completed we will always revisit at our cost. Where parts fail, the warranty will lie with the manufacturor.

DO YOU DO EMERGANCY CALL OUTS?

We are always available on the phone. Where we can we will come out in an emergency to stop leaks etc until we can get back out to you to complete the repair.

DO YOU WORK WITH LANDLORDS/LETTING AGENTS?

We have done a range of work for Landlords and Letting agents before, from CP12 (Gas safety certificates) to boiler repairs. We offer quick response times and emergancy call outs.
