We called Ben when our boiler stopped working, and after checks and tests it was agreed that replacement was the best option. He fitted us in within two days and was friendly, helpful, tidy and professional throughout. We’re very pleased with the new boiler, the heating system works better than ever, and everything was explained clearly at every stage. Great price as well. We cannot recommend Ben enough.

I could not fault Ben at Lombardi in any way. He and his apprentice efficiently fitted a new combi boiler, fully flushed the CH system - resulting in a heated towel rail dormant for 6 years coming back to life - and installed a new rad. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of the science involved in optimising the system’s efficiency and the innumerable energy-saving tips he imparted while with me. He went the extra mile.

The new replacement was then expertly installed and commissioned within a week of taking that decision.
